        Hello Sha’ul and Alish'bai, Shalom!
        I have been reading your website all day and find it very informative and a breath of fresh air!
        I am recently married and it has come to my attention that I should cover my hair (head?). I did a web search on sources containing admonition for this. This is how I discovered your website.
        To give you a bit of background, I was raised "Christian," began keeping Shabbos and other mitzvot, (about twenty years ago) ran into messianics (my husband) who challenged me to read Torah and Torah only for one year and then take a fresh look at the B'rit Hadasha ... wow. What a crock. We don't ever study from the NT anymore and don't really discuss JC at all.
        I recently purchased the JPS Hebrew-English TaNaKh and read your endorsement for it. I was very happy as I was slightly unsure of the choice. I actually found your site a second time doing a search for 'best English translation Tanakh.' So you can see I felt compelled to spend some time reading your articles. : )
        I am re-evaluating and changing to serve our Father in truth and draw closer to Him in kedushah. I am reaching out for help from someone that will not quote oral torah and tradition. We, like you, have very few people in close proximity that have similar beliefs.
        I appreciate your time and the work you have done on your website. I am a web developer and can appreciate the time and effort involved. : )

The article on YeshaYahu (Isa.) 52-54 was excellent. I sent it to a searching friend who has been celebrating S_Tday Shaba(w)t. He has been receiving signs and wonders to start following YaH's calendar and some nudging from me :).

Your site was very helpful to me in finding 'YaHUaH' and honestly without your insight into the crescent sightings I would have not been able to prove the calendar. The Most High 'YaHUaH' has proven these things to me now after 3 moon cycles. He has provided us with 'Real' rain for our gardens (lots of bitter herbs by the way), He has made the moon visible in normally dark weather controlled skies, and he has brought other followers amongst my midst.

6th Moon Cycle, 10th Day (8/30/2009 Year of our Captivity)  

Shalom Sha'ul and Alish'bai, 

I have been reading your website and so far agree with what you are saying.  Finally, I have 'come out' (although I am sure there is still some more dross to get off) of the abominable teachings of false religions.  I speak for those religious persuasions that I am familiar with and they are: Christianity, a pagan religion so filled with holes that it looks like swiss cheese; and Messianic Judaism, a true statement of 'wolves dressed in sheep clothing' by attempting to connect to Torah, while trying to connect to Judaism and continuing to hang on to false teaching and Christian doctrines.   

I would like to make it clear that I believe the only true, 'ancient path' is Torah, which was given to the Children of Israel, at Mt. Sinai, by Yahuwah, the Almighty One who delivered His people out of the land of Egypt by his messiah, Moshe.

The entire Torah cannot be followed while living in the Diaspora.  For this reason, I believe we must also, as a people begin to cry out to Yahuwah to once again bring us back into the Land [of Eretz Yisrael] so that we may worship Him as He has commanded.

May Moshiach come quickly!

6th Moon Cycle, 9th Day (8/29/2009 Year of our Captivity)

            I've enjoyed reading your articles as they confirm what I have come to learn over the past 6 years after 30 plus years trying to fit in with Pauline Christianity. I've been (hopefully) a disciple since 1972, and through thick and thin the Most High has been with me. I won't go into all the twists and turns but I was an on fire evangelist and lived by faith on miraculous provision. There were no dubious prayer letters and pan handling for me. But I never fitted in with the church folk. They seemed so shallow and worldly in their conversation (way of life and speech) and treated me like a long haired leper. 

Curiously enough it was through some atheists coming to a forum I used (and use still) who set me wondering about Christianity. I found that in all honesty I could not answer their objections but relied on stale rebuttals that did not cut the mustard. Then someone suggested the ­­­­__________ site and a couple of chapters about Paul's dubiety (similar to your own) convinced me. It was like being hosed down by icy water… all the crud of 3 decades washed off. I was scared a bit as my whole religious reality was in shatters. I did not like what I read but it was definitely true.

Now I've lost all my Christian friends and have zero fellowship, but feel even closer to the Creator and Sustainer of life than ever before. I have discovered that I'm technically Jewish, but don't think I can become involved in rabbinical Judaism. It seems like yet another aberration.

I just read your article on the Sabbath and Moon Cycles and I am convinced that I have been observing the Sabbath after the Gregorian calendar, by keeping evening to evening on "F" and "S." I was believing a lie! I was blind, but NOW I see! I thank Yahuwah that truth always prevails, and I thank HIM for His proclaimers of truth! I will be watching the Moon, my Father's sign for Sabbath and all Festivals!
